A well-established investment firm located in Midtown is seeking a polished and professional Receptionist to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, client-facing environment and takes pride in delivering exceptional first impressions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist clients, visitors, and staff with professionalism and warmth
- Manage incoming calls and direct them appropriately
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming front desk area
- Coordinate meeting room scheduling and prepare for client meetings
- Handle incoming/outgoing mail and deliveries
- Provide administrative support to team members as needed
Qualifications:
- Prior receptionist or front desk experience required (preferably in a corporate or financial setting)
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Professional appearance and demeanor
Schedule:
Monday - Friday 9am-6pm
1 hour lunch break
