This location in Red Hook, Brooklyn near the Ikea is in a seaport. The preferred candidate enjoys working in an environment near a body of water as well as knows how to swim.

Responsibilities Include:
FULL TIME POSITION
Routine maintenance and repairs: basic plumbing and electrical, drywall + painting, boiler + water heater, roof, windows, lock changes
Painting & renovation work
Able to identify fire and life safety issues
*Must live nearby OR have short commute with reliable transportation
*Must be available for night/weekend emergencies

*POSITION RECOMMENDS DRIVING*
Valid NYC licenses and/or Certifications (boiler, standpipe, etc.) a plus but not needed, must have license for more than 3 years.
