Position Overview:

• Maintain the organization and appearance of our luxury condominium property
• Perform minor maintenance, landscaping, plumbing, and electrical work
• Ensure the property is in excellent condition and create a safe environment for residents

Requirements:

• Hard-working, motivated, and energetic individual
• Minimum 3 years of experience as a super/handyman
• Fluency in English
• Basic knowledge of boilers, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and painting

Duties:

• Monitor and inspect operating equipment daily
• Paint, grout, and clean apartments
• Perform preventative maintenance tasks
• Maintain good relations with residents, tenants, and staff

Job Details:

• Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 am - 4:00 pm
